Reasons 338 – 336

#338: It’s very close to Philadelphia which, it turns out, is also a cool city.

#337: Apparently people think nothing of a person walking down the street practicing GRE words.

I used to do this. I walked around with a blue flipbook and practiced GRE words on my walk to work. It’s a miracle that I survived this rather dangerous activity. I am happy to report than in addition to surviving, I took the GRE, got a great score and got admitted to grad school (again). All in all, not a bad study strategy.

#336: There are a million opportunities to volunteer. You can volunteer to teach, to walk dogs, to serve food, to prepare food, to speak at events and to take children on field trips. My favorite is volunteering to teach, but I have a feeling that volunteering to pack books might be fun too.
